V Mixer

Introduction:

The "V" Mixer is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry powders homogeneously. Approximate two third of the volume of the Mixer is filled to ensure proper mixing. The "V" Mixer gives best result for powders due to suitable medium speed and "V" shape of container.

Working Principle:

In "V" Mixer, the powders come from all sides due to the "V" shape of the product container. Suitable mainly for powder & granules type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement. Due to the "V" shape of container, have only medium movement and will results in good quality of blending/lubrication of granules. ? Suitable for dry mixing of products in powder form. ? The "V" shape gives sufficient continuous movement to the granules, result in good quality. ? Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit. ? Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching ? Particle size reduction is minimized due to the absence of any moving blades. The shape of blender body results in a near complete discharge of product material, clearly an added advantage over horizontal blender ? The V Mixer is good for blending dry powders and granulated products.
